I never want you to feel like you have to live with a bad piece of art. If your vinyl decal shows up damaged at your doorstep...don't fret. You have 30-days from your purchase date to let me know and I will exchange your decal at no cost to you. Just take a picture of the damaged vinyl in the shipping box and I will get back to you within 12-24 hours.
Returns:
If vinyl decal was damaged in any way I will exchange your item free of charge but since I am a small business and everything is hand-made, I unfortunately can't give returns on things items that where "accidentally" purchased or just "didn't want it." BUT... If I made a mistake on my end of production like e.g. A tear in the vinyl or bad crease. I will give you the option to exchange the vinyl decal or give you a full refund. Whatever you decide. I hope you understand.
