Shipping Policy
Every order is made to order. Here's exactly how it gets from us to you — timeline, costs, and everything in between.

The honest version: We're not Amazon. We're a small custom print shop that makes your order after you place it. That means a short production window before it ships — and the result is a higher quality product made specifically for you. Worth the wait.
Every decal and sticker is printed to order. We don't keep pre-made inventory sitting on a shelf. Before your order ships, it goes through our production process:

Order received — confirmed immediately via email.

Print & quality check — your order is produced and inspected. Standard methods take 1–3 business days. Express orders get 1 business day handling.

Packaged & handed off — carefully packed and dropped with USPS. Tracked orders receive a tracking number by email.

Transit times below are after production. Production adds 1–3 business days for standard methods, or 1 business day for Express.

No tracking on First Class? Correct — USPS First Class does not include tracking. If you need to monitor your shipment, consider upgrading your order total above $25 or selecting Priority Mail at checkout. Heads up on holidays: carrier delays during peak seasons are outside our control. Order early if timing matters.
We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) — though remote areas may add transit days.
International shipping is available on select orders. Reach out before purchasing — we'll confirm availability, costs, and realistic timelines for your country. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties upon delivery.
Once your order ships via a tracked method, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it directly on the USPS website for real-time updates. Tracking may take 12–24 hours to activate — that's normal.
Ordered under $25 and no tracking number? That's expected — USPS First Class doesn't include tracking. If your package doesn't arrive within 10 business days of your ship date, contact us and we'll look into it.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but nothing arrived, check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it's still missing after 2 business days, reach out.
Lost in transit: If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we'll reship at no cost to you. No argument, no hassle.
Porch theft: We're sorry this happened — it's becoming too common. We're not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery, but reach out and we'll do our best to help.
Returned to sender: If a package comes back due to an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, we'll reship once you cover the cost of re-delivery. Double-check your shipping address at checkout — we process orders fast and can't always catch address issues before they ship.

Rush orders, large wholesale quantities, or event deadlines? We accommodate when we can. Email us before placing your order with your timeline and we'll tell you straight whether it's doable. We'd rather be upfront than overpromise and underdeliver.
